Day Trip;
Your day trip to Mount Bisoke hiking adventure starts with an early morning departure from your agreed location at 4:30 AM, followed by a scenic 2-hour drive to Volcanoes National Park. Arrive and attend a briefing at 07:00 am at Kinigi Headquarters before transferring to the trailhead at 08:00 am. Though the Mount Bisoke hike is a challenging but impressive trek, it takes an estimated 6 hours round trip, depending on weather conditions and pace.
Accessing the summit of Mount Bisoke, you will be rewarded with panoramic views of the crater lake, a thrilling emerald -colored body of water nested at the top of the Volcano.
After the hike, drive to Mountain Gorilla View Lodge for mouth-watering lunch and a chance to clean your trekking boots. Later, in the afternoon, go to enjoy an unguided visit to the Ellen DeGeneres Campus.
At 4:00 PM, transfer back to Kigali. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off at your hotel or Kigali International Airport by 7:00 PM. This marks an unforgettable adventure.
