Detailed Itinerary of the 4 Days Rwanda Primates and Wildlife Safari
Day 1: Pick up and Transfer to Volcanoes National Park – City Tour
On day 1 of the 4 Days Rwanda Primates and Wildlife Safari, you will wake up early and have breakfast at the hotel in Kigali or arrive at Kigali Airport where you will be welcomed by our skilled safari driver guide to drive you around the city for a City Tour where you will be able to visit many historical sites including the genocide memorial site, local market, visit culture Centre among others.
Later, return and embark on your journey to Volcanoes National Park Rwanda. Check into the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Gorilla trekking and Community Visit
On the 2nd day of the 4 Days Rwanda Primates and Wildlife Safari, wake up to an early morning breakfast served at the lodge with packed lunch boxes. After, your driver guide will pick you up and transfer you to the park headquarters in Kinigi for a briefing about the mountain gorillas’ rules and regulations.
Rwanda Gorilla trekking experience can last about 3 minutes and 6 hours. You will be given one hour to stay with gorillas learning their behaviors, and habits and taking future photos. After hiking back to the meeting center to reward you with the ‘’ Gorilla Certificate’ ’and after driving back to the lodge. Rest, dinner, and overnight.

Day 3: Transfer to Akagera National Park and Evening Boat Cruise
On the 3rd day of the 4 Days Rwanda Primates and Wildlife Safari, you will wake up enjoy your sweet aroma tea/coffee, check out of the lodge, and transfer to Akagera National Park.
On arrival at the park, you will enjoy en-route game drive where you will be introduced to perfect scenery as you spot a bucket of animals on your way to the lodge.
You will check into the lodge after meeting up with your guide to take you for an evening boat cruise on Lake Ihema. Dinner and overnight

Day 4: Morning Game Drive and Drive Back to Kigali City

Have a packed lunch as you drive through the park and after the game drive, transfer back to Kigali Airport for departure or to your hotel.
