Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Pick up by the Protea Hotel
Pick up at Entebbe: Upon your arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be welcomed by a hotel representative to drive you to Protea Hotel check-in and have lunch. After lunch connect for the Boat cruise on Lake Victoria to have an equator experience and unwind the beautiful nature around. Return to the hotel. Have dinner and overnight stay at Protea Hotel

Day 2: Fly to Kisoro airstrip – 1:30 hour flight
Transfer to Bwindi: Wake up early and have a warm breakfast with tasty snacks served at the hotel. Then after, the hotel representative will drop you at Entebbe International Airport for your domestic flight to Bwindi impenetrable national park. Daily flights operated by Aero Link Uganda depart Entebbe Airport to Kihihi Airstrip at 0945 hours and arrive at Kihihi Airstrip at 11:25hours
Upon arrival at Kihihi airstrip, you will meet up with our safari driver guide and transfer to your booked lodge (2-hour drive). Arrive check in and rest as you get ready for the next day’s activity.

Day 3: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
Gorilla Trekking: Wake up and have an early morning breakfast served with tasty donuts with packed lunch boxes. Your driver will pick you up and drive you to the park headquarters for a briefing about the do’s and don’ts of gorilla trekking before heading out for your fabulous experience of gorilla trekking in the green beautiful montane rain forest. After a short briefing, you will be escorted by the ranger and you’re free to ask him any question about the great mountain gorillas. The trek takes between 2 to 8 hours depending on the movements of gorillas. Once gorillas are located, you will be given one hour to watch them as they play around, feed their younger ones, learn their lifestyle as well as enjoy your packed lunch boxes with memorable picture-taking and capturing videos. After a great encounter, hike back to the park headquarters to be rewarded with your certificate of participating in gorilla trekking and then meet your safari driver guide to drive you back to the lodge for refreshment, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 4: Transfer to Mgahinga National Park -Gahinga Batwa Village
Gahinga Batwa Village: On day 4 of the 7 Days Uganda Gorilla Luxury Safari, you will have a relaxed morning breakfast and then after, you will be accompanied by the ranger guide from the lodge to lead you into trails to visit the Batwa village where you will interact with the locals, enjoy their unique culture and listen to their interesting stories on how they used to survive by hunting small game, gathering plants, building their huts of leaves and branches and fruits and how they used to survive in the forest with mountain gorillas. You will also visit the local community and get exposed to the interesting lifestyle of locals, enjoy their traditional dance, songs and learn how to prepare the traditional food and have tasty of the food among others. Dinner and Overnight stay at the lodge above.

Day 5: Golden Monkey &Try a Traditional Bwindi Bar
Golden Monkeys: Wake up early and after breakfast, your driver guide will drive you to the meeting center for Golden Monkey tracking. Arrival at the park headquarters for briefing about the rules of golden monkey tracking. After the park ranger will lead you into the forest to look out for the golden monkey in their habitat. The experience can take about 5 hours and one hour allowed to watch them as they jump from one bamboo tree to another as they play and eat and then trek back to the lodge for lunch.
Try Uganda’s Rolex Wrap: Later on, you will go visit the Bwindi Bar where you will be amazed by the traditional lifestyle, and try out their locally nice food and drinks including the famous Ugandan Rolex wrap and the signature ‘Gorillini Cocktails’ and others. You will enjoy the activity filled with lots of memories. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge above.

Day 6: Return back to Entebbe- Flight
Return back to Entebbe: Have breakfast, check out from the lodge, and drive to Kihihi Airstrip for your flight back to Entebbe International Airport. Flights depart Kihihi airstrip at 08:45 hours and arrive in Entebbe at 11:25 hours and your driver guide will pick you up go check in and have lunch. After lunch, our driver guide will drive you Lake Victoria for registration and then after, you will go visit Ngamba Island where you will engage in chimpanzee feeding and picture taking many more. Return back to the hotel and Dinner and Overnight stay at Protea Marriott Hotel.

Day 7: Departure to Entebbe Airport
