This 1 Day Trip Mikumi Safari is perfect for a tourist who has little time and needs to enjoy the safari experience from Dar es Salaam. This is a rewarding tour you wouldn’t have missed in your Tanzanian safari bucket.
You will be pick up to your agreed location at 5:00 am in the morning and end at 6:00 pm at Dar Es Salaam. You will use 4×4 wheel vehicle which takes you to the most unique green park where you can have a chance to spot lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, African giraffe among others.
From Dar es Salaam to Mikumi, you will travel in our private jeep with an air con.
Detailed Itinerary
Day 1:
You will start your one day as early as possible at 5:00 am. you will be picked up with our professional driver guide from your hotel in Dar es Salaam city Centre and then set off for a day safari at Mikumi National Park. The journey covers 4 hours to reach the park, on the way you will have a packed lunch box and continue to Mikumi National Park. Arrive at Mikumi and head for a game drive in open savannah of the park where you will have stand chance to explore the various wildlife species and animals like leopards, elephants, zebra, buffalo, gazelles, among others. This tour will go on till late in the afternoon then you will drive back to Dar es Salaam. Upon arrive, you will be dropped off at your hotel or Airport.
