Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Pick up and Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Np
You will start your day by pick up from your hotel in Kampala or Kigali after a yummy breakfast at 7:00 am. Your driver guide will brief you about the safari and then after proceed to a 8 to 9-hour road transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in southwestern Uganda region. The journey looks to be long but worth it, because of the country side scenery and the beautiful images of nature on the way to the Virunga Massive. Just keep your digitalized camera close for a perfect picture. You will also have great opportunity to stop at the equator for photo shoot and water experiment. Arrive at the park in the evening, check into the lodge for relaxation. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking and Batwa Cultural Experience
After an early breakfast, be transferred to the park headquarters where you will be briefed about the gorilla dos and don’ts by the park rangers. After, you will be grouped in a group of 8 people and then, you will start trekking in the forest to look out for these great mountain gorillas. On seeing them, have memorable experience with them, watch them play, feed, perform their day to day activities.
The trekking experience can take about 2 to 7 hours, depending on their location and movements of the gorillas. Once you meet the gorilla, you will be given an hour with them as you enjoy picture taking.
After a remarkable gorilla trek, you will walk back to the starting point to be rewarded with your gorilla certificate and after go meet your driver guide to drive you back to the lodge to relax a bit.
Later, you will go visit the Batwa community where you be exposed to their unique culture, listen to the stories as well as entertaining you with their traditional dance. Back to the lodge for dinner and overnights.

Day 3: Departure to Kampala /Entebbe
On this day of the 3 Days Gorilla Trekking and Batwa Experience Tour, after your breakfast, you will say goodbye to land of beauties. You will start your day with mouth running breakfast and more of excitement of the adventure that still awaits you. As you travel back, you will drive through the rolling hills with their terraced landscape and also inspiring views of the lush vegetation. You will have a stop for hot lunch in Mbarara before proceeding for a next adventure at Mbambire – a great site to visit and enjoy or but crafted materials made by local artisans.
