Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Pick up and transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
Depending on your point of location in Kampala/ Entebbe on the first day of the 3 Days Murchison Falls Wildlife Safari, you will be welcomed by our driver guide who will brief you about the safari and then start the journey to Murchison Falls National Park which lies in northwestern Uganda regions. On the way, you will have a stopover at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for rhino tracking and then proceed with the journey with another stopover in Masindi town for a picnic lunch. After lunch, you will proceed on the journey to Murchison Falls National Park arriving at the park, you will drive directly to the top of the falls where you will enjoy unwinding views of the waterfalls, water splashes, views of various bird species many more. From the top of the falls, you will drive to your booked lodge for dinner and overnight stay at Pakuba Safari lodge-midrange or Tilenga Safari lodge-budget.

Day 2: Morning game drive and afternoon boat cruise
After an early breakfast on the second day of the 3 Days Murchison Falls Wildlife Safari, you will meet up with your driver guide to head out for the morning game drive which starts very early in the morning. During this morning game drive, you will be able to view different animals such as elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, Jackson’s hartebeest, lions, waterbucks, warthogs, leopards, Uganda kobs, bird species many others. After the game drive you will drive back to the lodge for lunch.
After lunch, you will go for an impressive boat cruise adventure to the bottom of the falls where you will have an opportunity to cruise meters away from animals such as elephants, buffaloes, Uganda kobs, warthogs, and waterbucks which will be drinking water along the shores, view large concentrations of hippos and Nile crocodiles in the water, aquatic bird species many others. After the beautiful boat ride, you will meet your driver guide and return to the lodge for an evening relaxation, dinner, and overnight as above.

Day 3: Departure to Kampala
On the last day of the 3 Days Murchison Falls Wildlife Safari, you will have a delicious breakfast, check out of the lodge, and meet up with your driver guide to head back to Kampala. On the way, you will have en-route lunch and then continue to Kampala arriving early evening. Upon arrival, your driver’s guide will drop you off at any place of your choice.
