Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Fly from Entebbe airport and transfer to Kihihi airstrip
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport on the first day of your 4 Days Uganda fly-in gorilla trekking safari, you will connect for your domestic flight to Kihihi airstrip. There are various scheduled flights to Bwindi impenetrable national park which depart at 7:00 am, 10:15 am, and 12:00. Upon arrival at Kihihi airstrip you will be picked up by our driver guide and then transfer by road to the lodge for refreshment and lunch.
After lunch, you will spend the rest of the day at leisure. Have dinner and overnight stay at Bakiga lodge-budget or Ruhija gorilla mist camp-midrange

Day 2: Gorilla trekking in Bwindi National Park and transfer to Mgahinga National Park
After an early breakfast on the second day of the 4 Days Uganda fly-in gorilla trekking safari, you will carry packed lunch boxes from the lodge and meet up with your driver guide to transfer to the park headquarters for a gorilla trekking briefing. After the briefing, walking into the jungle while companies by a skilled park ranger guide and the trek can take about 30 minutes to 6 hours depending on where they are located. During trekking, you will enjoy great views of other primates, animals, birds, different plant and tree species many others. Once the mountain gorillas are located you will be allowed to spend one hour with them in their natural habitat which gives you a great opportunity to observe their habits, lifestyle, and behaviors, watch them feed, play, breastfeed, groom young ones, take photos and capturing videos for your future remembrance.
After the interesting encounter with the mountain gorillas, you will trek back to the meeting point where you will be awarded a certificate for participating in gorilla trekking and later meet up with your driver guide to transfer to Mgahinga Gorilla National Park in Kisoro district. Upon arrival, you will check into the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at Lake Chahafi resort-midrange/ Travelers rest camp-budget.

Day 3: Golden monkey trekking in Mgahinga Gorilla National Park
After an early relaxed breakfast on the third day of the 4 Days Uganda fly-in gorilla trekking safari, you will head out for a Golden Monkey trekking briefing. After the briefing, you will start trekking in the forest in search of the golden monkeys which takes about 30 minutes to 4 hours depending on where were last seen the previous day. During golden monkey trekking you will enjoy rewarding views of other primate species, and different birds among others and once the golden monkeys are located you will be allowed an hour to spend with them in their natural habitat which gives you a great opportunity to learn about their behaviors, watch them feed, play, jump up in trees, take photos and record videos.
After the one-hour encounter with the golden monkeys, you will trek back to the park headquarters where you will meet up with your driver guide and drive to the lodge for lunch. After lunch, you will relax at the lodge and spend the rest of the day at leisure, dinner, and overnight as above.

Day 4: Departure flight to Entebbe
On the last day of your 4 Days Uganda fly-in gorilla trekking safari, you will have breakfast, check out of the lodge and meet up with your driver guide to drive you to Kisoro airstrip for your domestic flight back to Entebbe.
