Bwindi impenetrable national park is a vast protected area located in southwest region of Uganda, the park is a habitat for over 120 mammal species like the endangered mountain gorillas, chimpanzees, white and black colobus monkeys, over 348 bird species and many more which live in the thick forests which are up a variety of tree species.
Queen Elizabeth national park is a breathtaking wildlife habitat located in western region of Uganda 376 kilometers from Kampala the starting point of this safari , the park is a home to many animals like climbing lions, elephants, Buffalo’s and many more .

Detailed itinerary of the safari
DAY 1 TRANSFER FROM KAMPALA TO BWINDI
On the 1st day of your 4 Days Uganda gorilla and wildlife safari, you will wake up early for breakfast, after your will be picked from your hotel either in Kampala or Entebbe by your safari driver assigned to you by achieve global safari, you drive south west wards to kanungu district. On your way you make a stopover at the equator for memorable pictures, another stopover is made in mbarara for lunch. As you approach the park be sure to get chills all over as you encounter the breathtaking sights of beautiful landscape, ever green covered kigezi rolling hills. When you reach the park you check into your lodges, rest as you wait for your dinner and after dinner you sleep for the next day’s activity.

DAY 2 GORILLA TREKKING IN BWINDI
On the second day you wake up early at 6:00am for breakfast, head to the park’s headquarters with your packed lunch where you will briefed about the rules and regulations you are to follow while trekking, also your queries and questions will be answered here. Thereafter you proceed into the forest on rugged trails with the aid of a walking stick, the Bwindi gorilla trekking is headed by a ranger who locates the gorilla family and after locating it you are allowed only one with the mountain gorilla. After trekking you return to your lodges and rest, you can go for community walk in the evening which is optional then eat your dinner and rest as you get ready for another day
The essence for the packed lunch is that you might trek a gorilla family which is too far to reach and you return late past lunch time.

DAY 3 TRANSFER TO QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK
On the third day of your 4 Days Uganda gorilla and wildlife safari after early breakfast you check out of you lodges and embark on a drive to queen Elizabeth national park which a journey of 4-5 hours, as you drive to queen Elizabeth national park you pass through the ishasha southern sector of the park where you get to see many wildlife like elephants, gazelles, buffaloes and most importantly the Tree climbing Lions if you are very lucky. As you get to the park you check into your lodges, rest and have your lunch, after lunch you go for an afternoon boat cruise on the calm waters of kazinga channel which takes about 2 to 3 hours as you enjoy the view of water animals like buffaloes, water birds and herds of elephants grazing. After the cruise you will go back to your lodges have dinner and sleep.

DAY 4 GAME DRIVE IN QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK AND TRANSFER BACK TO KAMPALA
On the fourth and last day of the safari you wake up early for breakfast then you prepare for a morning game drive on the kasenyi trail where you get to encounter numerous animals such as lions, elephants, warthogs, Uganda jobs and many more, morning game safari also offers you a chance a wide range of birds. Apart from a game drive you chose to go chimpanzee tracking instead, chimpanzee tacking is done in the forests of Kyambura gorge where you get to see chimpanzee playing, feeding and resting in their nests. Thereafter you start your journey back to Kampala, on your way you will make a stopover in mbarara for lunch. Reaching Kampala will mark the end of your 4 days safari.
