Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to Masai Mara Game Reserve from Nairobi
Leaving Nairobi early morning, take a drive along the Great Rift Valley with beautiful scenery en route to your reserved accommodation in Masai Mara National Reserve. After lunch at your camp or lodge, then set off on a game drive adventure in the world-famous game reserve. This reserve is one of the final game viewing destinations in the world, considered the heartland of authentic African safaris. Return to your lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2-3: Full Day Following the Migration – Optional Masai Community Visit
After morning breakfast, embark on two game drives in the Masai Mara National Reserve and Naboisho Conservancy following the Migration.
Morning game drive and the afternoon game drive with organized bush breakfast in look of the big five and other wildlife species to see include; Masai giraffe, baboons, warthogs, Wildebeest, buffaloes, zebras, jackals, spotted hyenas, topi, impala, Hartebeests, Bat eared foxes, the crocodiles and hippopotamus of the Mara and Talek Rivers.
We recommend that your planned time to visit be in the months (July-Sept), during this time of the year, you shall witness the fabulous Great Wildebeest Migration as it happens in the Mara.
To Note:
There is an optional of cultural visit to the Masai tribe community within the park; it gives a great chance to interact with Masai people, learn about their culture, customs, ways of living and their amazing cultural dance. Transfer back to your lodge /camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Transfer to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, followed by checkout of the lodge and transfer to Serengeti National Park through the Isebania Border. You will change vehicles around the border, have en-route lunch and then continue to Serengeti National Park.
At the border you will change vehicles to Tanzania Vehicle and Tanzania safari guide and continue to Serengeti National Park with en-route lunch.
Serengeti National Park is one of the leading safari destinations in the entire world . It is also acted as the original home of the traditional African safari, along with Masai Mara. Forming part of the same ecosystem as Mara, the Serengeti Plains also giving a unique African savannah setting. Note, the park sits on an area covering 14 763 km².
With en-route game drive, embark to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Full Day Serengeti National Park
On this day, you will set aside for exploring the legendary Serengeti National Park on game drives. This massive wildlife reserve is popular for the same annual migration as Masai Mara, where over a million of wildebeest move south from the northern to the southern plains of Serengeti, in the short rainy season (October and November). Returning north after the long rainy season (April to June). Serengeti Park offers superb wildlife viewing year round.
At the end of the day, drive back to your accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6: Central Serengeti to Ngorongoro via Olduvai Gorge
After morning breakfast, embark on an early morning game drive in Serengeti plains, before having breakfast back at the lodge. You will make our way to Olduvai Gorge, a deep ravine in the East African Rift Valley. En route with stopover for a picnic lunch and enjoy game viewing. The gorge features one of the world’s most visited archaeological sites, hosting some of the earliest fossils of our humanoid ancestors. You will also visit the Olduvai Gorge Museum to view the excavated remains of our ancestors, with Homo erectus remains that date as far back as 1.2 million years ago.
From Olduvai, we proceed to our accommodation in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Have dinner and overnight at stay.

Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater
Today, you will enjoy relaxed breakfast in the morning and dip some 600m down into the crater for an action-packed day of game viewing in the world of wildlife paradise. Our 4×4 game drive will lead you through the diverse habitats of the crater floor, where you will adventure a number of wild animals.
While in the crater, enjoy a picnic lunch. The Ngorongoro Crater is famous for its high concentration of animals. Due to the high density of animal populations, you are likely to see a perfect array of animals in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
Ascending the crater walls after our game viewing experience. Return to your accommodation for dinner and our last overnight stay.
Day 8: Ngorongoro to Arusha
Our last day of the safari, starts with a leisurely breakfast before we travel to Arusha. With packed lunches along served from the lodge to enjoy en- route. Arrive in Arusha by midday, have the option of concluding your safari here or be dropped to your hotel or at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
