Things to do while at Aardvark Safari Lodge
Game drives
The lodge is located just 15 minutes’ drive to the park’s famous Kasenyi plains in northern Queen Elizabeth National Park thus guests are guaranteed free and effortless view of animals especially elephants, hippos, buffaloes and number of antelopes. A drive to Kasenyi plain gives a chance of exploring animals like lions, Uganda kobs, Defassa waterbucks, Topis, hippos, leopards among others.
Boat cruises
From the lodge you can easily connect to Kazinga Channel for the boat cruise experience. This channel is home to the park’s high concentration of hippos and Nile crocodiles as well as water birds. You can be able to sight see other animals relaxing along the banks together with elephants, buffaloes and various aquatic bird species.
Boat cruise is done in three sessions; Morning boat cruise starts at 9:00am, afternoon starts at 2pm and the sunset cruise begins at 4pm with great views of the sun setting down the horizon.
Bush walks
While at the Aardvark safari lodge you can enjoy rewarding bush walks around the property. The walk takes you through selected places of the park with great chances of view animals, birds, unique plant species and scenic beautiful landscape.

Queen Elizabeth National Park Is second largest Uganda National park, after Murchison Falls National Park.
