Buffalo Safari Lodge is a super mid-range safari accommodation that lies at Queen Elizabeth National Park, along Katunguru bridge close the magical Kazinga channel, it is 1 kilometer off Kasese – Mbarara road in western Uganda. More so, the lodge offers both standard and deluxe cottages thus making a total of 17 rooms. Truly it is an ideal play of stay for large groups of 20 guests and more.
More so, the lodge is comprised of several different room types for visitor’s choice such as; standard single room, Standard double or twin room Deluxe single rooms, Deluxe double or twin room, Superior Villa, Deluxe double room, Queen room with two Queen beds, Standard double room, Family Bungalow.
The Family Bungalow can accommodate about 6 people designed with extra large double bed ,2 large double beds and living room with one sofa bed and Family suite with balcony that can accommodates 8 people and well designed with 4 large double beds.
The Superior villa are designed with 2 extra large double beds which accommodates about four people and décor with beautiful living room – one sofa bed.
Take note, they offer extra bed but on request. There is no age requirement for check in at the lodge.
Note; the facility boasts of a serene environment composing of diversity of flora and fauna such as buffaloes, elephant, hippos, warthogs, unique tree climbing lions and various bird species all at a glance of an eye. More that, the lodge offers to visitors a perfect view of Queen Elizabeth Park nearby and Lakes Edward and George.

Queen Elizabeth National Park sounds as Uganda’s most visited national park on wildlife safaris, located in western Uganda and estimates about 5 to 6 hours drive.
