Things to do while at Buhoma Gorilla Camp;
Gorilla Trekking; Well, gorilla trekking is fantastic life experience which starts early in the morning with the briefing first and at around 8:30am meet up with the guide to group you in the group of 8 people and after allocates you to your assigned gorilla group. Remember Bwindi has for gorilla groups sectors such as Buhoma, Ruhija, Nkuringo, Rushaga. The trek can last about 30 to 7 hours and hours involves in hiking into thick forest of Bwindi, one hour given to spend with gorillas and then hiking back. Trekking time depends on where gorillas were left the previous day.
Once a gorilla family is found one hour is given to trackers to watch the gorillas as they learn about their behaves, feeding, playing and also enjoying photography.
