Kidepo National park entry fees: Kidepo national park is ranked one of the most scenic national parks in Uganda and the third best national park in Africa, scenic kidepo national park is situated in north Eastern Uganda lieing at the altitude range of 914-2750 meters above the sea level. Kidepo national park covers an area of 1442 with the main entrance in Kaabong district, the beautiful landscape in this park which is filled with tiny hills, inselbergs, rock outcrops, valleys and Morungule Mountains makes the park incredibly beautiful for sightseeing.
Kidepo national park gazetted in 1962 is known for offering incredible game drives and many safari activities, the park is a habitat to many wildlife species such as buffaloes, giraffes, antelopes, elephants and many. As you are touring the park these animals are spotted in the park most especially in Narus valley, from animals and birds kidepo national park is hosts many breathtaking attractions such as Lomej hills, Namamukweny valley, mountain Morungule, kidepo valley and Narus. Still kidepo national park is one of the best places in Uganda where you get to experience authentic African culture that is by visiting both the Karamojong and IK people.
Kidepo national park is managed and operated by the Uganda wildlife authority and as you planning to visit this spectacular national park, various tariffs have been drafted by the Uganda wildlife authority and have to be paid for you to access the park and participate in the activities offered. Tariffs in Kidepo Park to be paid by a tourist are categorized into three that is non foreign residents, foreign residents and east African residents and each of this category pay different amount of money. East African residents are tourists from Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda and Burundi.
Tariffs to be paid to access kidepo national park are also in categories that is park entry fees, activity fees, vehicle and aircraft fees, corporate fees, annual park entry pass, safari guide and tour operator. And also children are not charged as the same as the adults, there is a difference in the prices they pay.
