Lake Munyanyange Caves Lodge is a classic Mid-range accommodation located in Kasese in the western region of Uganda on the Northeast of Lake Katwe ‘’Salt Lake’’ in Queen Elizabeth National Park. Accessibility; By road, one can take an estimate of about 5 to 6 hours’ drive from Kampala city to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Alternatively, you can fly from Entebbe International Airport to Kasese /Mweya Airstrip and few minutes’ drive be transferred to the lodge.
Lake Munyanyange Cave Resort is composed of over 15 excellent and comfortable cottages such as a family cottage which overlooks the beautiful views of the Lake and the park built in African traditional style with grass thatched roof and local woods with high level of comfort.
Each cottage is well designed and furnished with all suitable amenities such as mosquito nets, bathroom with hot and cold showers, flushing toilets, chairs and wooden tables, free bottled water, slippers in the rooms among others.
More so, each cottage has large comfortable sitting areas and large veranda that offer spectacular view of the park, the Rwenzori Mountain ranges and surrounding areas. The cottages have perfect beddings with King sized bed.
They have got campfire pit place where guests relax as they share stories and experience enjoyed during the day activities. The campfire also provides warmth during cold periods.
