Mara Sopa Lodge; This is perfect luxurious safari accommodation located amidst the pictures landscape of the Maasai Mara National Reserve, offering rewardable views and well-maintained rooms and beautiful surrounding of the nature, located 250 kilometers away from Nairobi.

 Despite the fact, the lodge is located high on the slopes of the Oloolaimutia Hills and renown as one of the first safari lodge to be built in the reserve to serve guests on their night stay at the park.  It’s the reason why its gardens and trees are so lush and mature. All the building were designed in a unique traditional African round houses with conical roofs and these stretch along the line of the hills with the beautiful large public area built with a spacious swimming pool at their Centre.

Mara Sopa Lodge consists six of the comfortable cottages each contain two suites with larger bedrooms and bathrooms, both indoor and outdoor seating areas.

Additionally, the lodge also has the honeymoon suite with an extremely large, luxuriously appointed bedroom with a king size bed; dressing table and indoor seating area. Mara is designed with clean bathroom contains both a shower and a sunken bath and it’s sheltered veranda offering some of the most spectacular views available over the scenic African landscapes below.

Masai Mara Sopa lodge has stun setting for wedding ceremonies, which can be organized   in a special way for you. It can be beautifully set amongst the huge fig trees near the Mara River, where both wild animals and the landscapes beyond form the backdrops for your wedding photographer.

The lodge has meeting rooms and event venue that accommodate 18 to 90 people. These meeting rooms are located from the main building, the Baraza room that can cater for social functions and corporate entertaining.

Generally, Masai Mara National Reserve is sheer wildlife conservation area covering an area of about 1,510 square kilometers in southwestern Kenya and park shares an international border with Tanzania’s fabled Serengeti National Park. More fact, this reserve is owned and managed by the Maasai people, because of their traditional love and respect for wildlife during the course of hundreds of years of their continued co-existence. The lodge can be accessed by both road or air; By road takes 6 hours from Nairobi and only 1 hour flight from Wilson Airport to Keekorok airstrip. It takes 1 hour transfer from the airstrip to the lodge.
