Talek Bush Camp : Talek Bush Camp is known as a Mid-range accommodation located on the banks of Talek River on the Eastern rim of Masai Mara National Park in Kenya. Well, the camp is located few minutes’ walk to Talek Gate and 500 meters from Hippo View Point.
The camp can either be reached by road or air transport;
By Road; It takes about 5 -6 hours drive from Nairobi City center to Masai Mara National Reserve and an hour to fly from Nairobi to the close OI Kiombo Airstrip then 15km drive to transfer to the camp.
Talek Bush Camp consists of 10 perfect and comfortable rooms raised on a wooden deck overlooking Talek River and it was built in traditional unique style with modern comfort.
Each room is well decorated and furnished with en-suite facilities like clean private flush toilets, safari style hot and cold showers, dressing tables, Televisions, mosquitos nets, Deck chairs, Work Decks, Free bottled water in the rooms, Wooden tables many more.
Each tent is well décor with a comfortable sitting areas, private verandas and vanity deck that offers spectacular view over Talek river, wildlife and surrounding area. The tents are equipped with excellent clean beddings containing Queen sized beds. It also has outside fireplace that provides warmth to guests during cold nights.
More to that, the tents offered at the camp are suitable for both family and individuals that is; Single bed, double beds, twin and triple beds. The costs per night at Talek starts at USD200 and above – during high season rate goes higher than in low season rate.
