Our 3 Days Uganda Ngamba Holiday Tour is an exciting short safari tour package leading you to a perfect home to go for chimpanzee feeding –known as Ngamba Island found on Lake Victoria. Ngamba Island is home where you can find chimpanzees with extraordinary love.
Note, Ngamba Island started in 1998 on Lake Victoria with the main goal and aim to take care of and keep the orphaned Chimpanzees that were rescued from wild encroachers and poachers.
Ngamba Island is home to more than 49 orphaned chimpanzee’s individuals and it can be accessed by the speed boat.

Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Travel to Ngamba Island
Travel to Ngamba Island: You will be picked up either from Entebbe Airport or the Hotel in Entebbe, and then be transferred to Ngamba Island on a motor boat, the boat takes around 45 minutes to access the Island. Arrive at the Island to feed, and play with these chimps. Enjoy your lunch at the restaurant and later in the afternoon visit the Island and encounter many attractions around. Dinner and Overnight stay at the tented Camp on the Island.
Day 2: Forest walk and Chimpanzee trekking
Forest walk: After morning breakfast, go for a forest walk in search of chimpanzees. It is an exciting experience as you will be able to watch them as they play around. The Ngamba forest walk is limited to three people at a time. Walk back and have lunch at the restaurant and relax.
Sunset boat cruise: Later on, embark on a sunset boat cruise along Lake Victoria which is done in 1 hour. While on this gorgeous experience, expect to sightsee species of birds, landforms, and fishing grounds, and watch the sun as it goes down. Return back to the Island and have dinner and an overnight at the tented Camp.
Day 3: Transfer back to main Land-Entebbe
Transfer back to the mainland: After having your breakfast, head back to Entebbe on a speedboat, you can request a stopover at the equator for a gainful view and photography.
After you will continue to the mainland where you will meet your driver guide to transfer you back to your advisable place.
