Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Transfer to Bwindi: You will be picked up from your hotel in Kampala hotel by our safari driver guide, to drive you to the southwestern part of Uganda a journey that is estimated 8 to 9 hours. On your way, you will have a stopover along Masaka Road at the equator to take photos, view the experiment made, and continue driving to Mbarara town for lunch en route. After lunch, proceed the journey to the park passing through large banana plantations, woodland, rolling hills, and terraced landscapes driving to the lodge. Have dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking –Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
Uganda Gorilla Trekking: Wake up early have breakfast and you will be given packed lunch boxes at the lodge. Your driver will pick you up from your lodge at 7:00 am and drive you to the briefing center to be briefed about the dos and don’ts of gorillas in their nature. After meeting the guide to lead you to a life-changing experience in the Bwindi impenetrable forest trailheads. The trek can last about 30 minutes to 6 hours, depending on their movements and as you will be trekking there is a high chance of seeing other species in the forest such species like; monkeys, birds, trees, flowers, vegetation’s and many more. Once gorillas are located, you will be given one hour to watch them how play, feed their young ones, groom their hair, display their nests in the evening hours, and then after descent to your lodge. Have dinner and overnight stay in the above lodge.
Day 3: Drive back to Kampala
Drive back to Kampala: Wake up have breakfast check out of the lodge drive out of the park and return to Kampala for another activity in a different location. You will have a stopover in Mbarara town for lunch en-route as well as visit the Igongo culture center to experience traditional Uganda’s western culture and buy craft materials for your future remembrance. Proceed the journey to Kampala to be dropped off at your hotel, for dinner, and overnight.

Day 4: Transfer to Ngamba Island – Chimpanzee feeding, forest walk
Transfer to Ngamba Island: Wake up in the cool weather in the city of seven hills, have breakfast. Then after your driver or guide will transfer you to the landing site in Entebbe to catch up your boat to sail you to Ngamba Island.
Chimpanzee feeding and viewing: You must be at the landing site on time in order to reach the island in time to watch the chimps feed, and view them around in their fences playing.
Forest walk: During lunchtime, you will have your lunch at the island, and in the afternoon go for a guided forest walk along with the young chimps. Then in the evening, you will get the motor boat to Transfer you back to the mainland. Be driven back to the hotel or direct to Entebbe Airport to catch up on your flight departure.
