Gorilla trekking
This is the commonly done activities to guests who visit the lodge and mostly done experience in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Gorilla trekking starts early in the morning with a short briefing about gorilla rules. The activity can be done with park ranger who escorts you through forest trail heads and the experience takes about 30to 7 hours depending on the location of the gorillas in their nature habitat. Once they are allocated, one hour is given to you to spend with gorillas – learn about their behaviors, habits, feeding, playing as well as enjoying picture taking of mountain gorillas.
Generally, Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is a home with more than endangered mountain gorillas, splintered in 23 habituated gorilla families in four gorilla sectors that is Buhoma, Ruhija, Nkuringo and Buhoma.
