Detailed itinerary for the safari
Day 1: transfer to Murchison falls national park and rhino tracking in Ziwa rhino sanctuary
On the first day, to mark the beginning of the safari you will be picked up by your safari driver from the location of your choice that is in Kampala or Entebbe, then transfer to Murchison falls national park on a journey of 282 kilometers. In Masindi district you will turn left to Ziwa rhino sanctuary, in the sanctuary you will encounter white rhinos on foot after this activity you will have lunch in the premises of the park. You will rest for a bit and proceed to 127.8 kilometers journey to Murchison falls national park, when you arrival in the park you check into your lodges, rest, have dinner and sleep after freshening up.

Day 2: game drive and boat cruise
You will wake up early for early morning breakfast, then transfer to the park and at 6:30 am you will start the game drive in the short grass of delta area. On the game drive you will encounter many animals such as Jackson’s Hartebeest, buffaloes, Uganda Kobs, Elephants, Waterbucks and many more, after the game drive you will have lunch, rest for a while as your preparing for the breathing launch cruise to the bottom of the falls in the afternoon. At 2 pm you will begin the cruise on river Nile at the bottom of the falls where you can watch a wide range of animals and birds.
Day 3: chimpanzee tracking at Budongo forest
You will raise up early in the morning for breakfast then transfer to the Budongo forest for chimpanzee tracking through the thick trees of the forest, here you will have a chance to encounter the fascinating chimpanzees more than 600 individuals. As you are looking for the chimpanzees you get to see over 250 butterfly species and other primates like olive baboon, white and black Columbus monkeys, red tailed monkeys and blue monkeys. After the tracking you go back to your lodge for lunch, in the afternoon you go for a nature walk in the park. After nature walk you will go back to your lodges, freshen up, have dinner and sleep.
Day 4: transfer back to Kampala
On this last day you will wake up a little late than the usual days for breakfast, after breakfast you will transfer to Kampala, you will make a stopover for lunch and the drop off will be in Kampala or Entebbe which marks the end of the safari.
