Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to Bwindi national park
On your first day of the 5 Days Bwindi and Lake Mburo Safari tour, you will be picked up to your place or location by expect driver guide, brief you about the safari. Continue to transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. You will have a stopover at kayabwe along Masaka road for equator water experiment and unforgettable photography. Then after, proceed to drive straight to the park. Arrive in the evening and connect to your lodge, check in for your overnight stay at Four Gorilla Lodge – Mid range, Mahogany Springs Safari lodge – Luxury

Day 2: Gorilla trekking experience
After an early morning breakfast, drive to the park headquarters for briefing and embark for gorilla trekking. This could take 4-6 hours depending on the movements of the gorillas and once the creatures are found you will be allowed to spend an hour with them. Return to your starting point to be rewarded with a certificate of participation in gorilla you will meet your guide after receiving your trekking certificate and then your driver guide will transfer you back to the lodge. Dinner and overnight at lodge as above.

Day 3: Batwa cultural tour –Batwa Pygmies
After an early breakfast, meet up with your driver guide to embark for an exciting Batwa cultural tour where you will be able to interact with the Batwa, learn about their culture, way of living, visit their homesteads, enjoy their beautiful cultural performances among others.
After the community tour, you will return to the lodge for lunch where after you will check out and start the journey to Lake Mburo National Park.

Day 4: Transfer to Lake Mburo national park
You will have early breakfast followed by check out of the lodge and meet up with your guide to drive to Lake Mburo national park. You will pass via Kabale town, Ntungamo town. Upon arrival you will check into the lodge and have lunch.
After lunch, you will go for a boat cruise on Lake Mburo which gives you high opportunity to spot animals such as buffaloes, warthogs, antelopes drinking water along the shores of the lake, Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Morning game drive and departure to Kampala
On the last day of the safari, you will have an early breakfast, check out of the lodge and meet up with your guide to embark for a game drive in the park. During the game drive you will be able to view various wildlife species including zebras, warthogs, giant forest hogs, waterbucks, impala, giraffes among others along the road and after the game drive you will drive out of the park and start the journey back to Kampala. Upon arrival, you will be dropped off at any place of your choice or at the airport for your next flight.
