This trip starts with a drive and ends with flying back to Entebbe from Kasese Airstrip.

Detailed Itinerary
Day 1:Pick up at the Hotel in Entebbe and Transfer to Bwindi impenetrable national park
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport on the first day of your 4 days safari, you will be picked by our driver guide who will welcome you to the Pearl of Africa and short brief about the safari as he drives you to the hotel or picked up by hotel driver. You will be welcomed at the hotel, check into the hotel, and rest as you get ready for the next traveling journey. Dinner and overnight stay at Protea Hotel
Day 2: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest
After morning breakfast at the hotel, our driver guide will pick you up at the hotel to start the journey to Bwindi impenetrable national park which takes about 8 to 9 hours’ drive inclusive with a stopover at the equator. Then after a drive to Mbarara with a stopover for lunch en route. Continue to drive on the way you will enjoy great views of rolling hills, terraced farmlands, and beautiful landscapes among others. Upon arrival in the park, you will check into the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at Buhoma Lodge – Luxury
Day 3: Gorilla trekking in Bwindi impenetrable national park
After an early breakfast on the second day of the 4 days Uganda gorilla and chimpanzee trekking safari, you will carry a packed lunch from the lodge and meet up with your driver guide to transfer to the park headquarters for a gorilla trekking briefing. After the briefing, you will start trekking in the jungle which takes about 30 minutes to 6 hours depending on where the gorillas are located. During trekking, you will enjoy spectacular views of other primates, animals, plants, and bird species among others, and once the gorillas are found you will be allowed to spend one hour with them in their natural habitat which gives you an opportunity to learn more about their behaviors, watch them carry out their daily activities, take photos and record the moments to show people back home.
After the exciting moment with the mountain gorillas, you will trek back to the park headquarters where you will meet up with your driver guide to drive you back to the lodge, for relaxation, dinner, and overnight as above.
Day 4: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park
On the third day of the 4 days Uganda gorilla and chimpanzee trekking safari, you will have breakfast, check out of the lodge, and meet up with your driver guide to transfer to Kibale National Park. On the way, you will have an en-route lunch and enjoy stunning views of the terraced farmlands, Kigezi hills, traditional homesteads, crater lakes, tea plantations among others. Upon arrival, you will check into the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at Chimpundu lodge-luxury
Day 5: Chimpanzee trekking and transfer to Kampala
After an early breakfast on the last day of the 4 days Uganda gorilla and chimpanzee trekking safari, you will check out of the lodge and meet up with your driver guide to transfer to Kanyachu Visitors Centre for a chimpanzee trekking briefing. After the briefing, you will start trekking in the forest which takes about 30 minutes to 4 hours depending on where the chimpanzees are located. Once the chimpanzees have been located, you will be able to spend one hour with them in their natural habitat which gives you an opportunity to learn more about their lifestyle, and behaviors, watch them feed, play in trees, take photos, and record videos with a flash-less camera.
After the one-hour encounter with the chimpanzees, you will trek back to the park headquarters where you will meet up with your driver guide and drive you to Kasese Airstrip, departing at 12:30 and arriving at 14:15 pm, departs 15:45pm and arrives Entebbe at 17:15 pm for the next destination.
