Day 1:   transfer to Murchison falls national park

Your safari driver assigned to you by achieve global safaris will pick up depending on your location either in Kampala or Entebbe, he will give you an insight about the day’s activities and start your journey to Murchison falls national park. You will make a stopover at Ziwa rhino sanctuary for white rhino tracking, after rhino tracking you will lunch either at the sanctuary’s restaurant or in Masindi town. After lunch you drive to Murchison falls national park and enter the park using Kichumbanyobo gate, in the park you will go for the thrilling hike to the top of the falls. After the hike you will drive to your lodges, check in, freshen up, have dinner and sleep.

Day 2: Game Drive and Boat Cruise

You will wake up early in the morning for breakfast then transfer to the park for a morning game drive, on the game drive in the delta you will encounter many wildlife such as giraffes, leopards, elephants, Uganda kob and many more. After the game drive you will have lunch as you rest, at exactly 2 pm in the afternoon you embark on a boat cruise on Victoria Nile to the bottom of the falls. While on the boat cruise you get to enjoy the aquatic life of the life as you see crocodiles, water birds like crested crane and other animals as they come to the river to drink water. Then you will go back to your lodges, have dinner and sleep.

 Day 3: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park

You will wake up in the morning, have breakfast then transfer kibale national park, on your way you will make a stopover in fort portal for lunch, after lunch you will visit Amabere ganyinamwiru stalagmites site which is very breathtaking as you enter into the cave and visit the waterfall in this site. Then you will continue to the kibale forest national park, check into your lodges have dinner and sleep.

Day 4: Chimpanzee tracking

You are to wake up early in the morning for breakfast then transfer to the park’s headquarter for morning chimpanzee tracking, at the headquarters the guide will read you the rules and regulations to follow when tracking and then you hike in the forests near kanyanchu where you will meet the beautiful chimpanzees. Chimpanzee tracking takes 2-5 hours and on this activity you not only see chimpanzees but you also see L’hoests monkey, baboons, white and black colobus monkeys, grey checked mangabey, red colobus, blue monkeys, Pottos and forest elephants. After tracking you will have lunch and in the afternoon you will go for a nature walk in bigodi swamp which is adjacent to kibale forest national park, in bigodi you will see a variety of bird species such as Great Blue Turaco, Papyrus Gonolek and many more. Later you will return to your lodges, have dinner and sleep.

Day 5: Back to Kampala

You will wake up a little late than the usual days for breakfast and transfer back to Kampala, on your way you will make a stopover in mityana for lunch then drive off to Kampala. Drop off will either be in Kampala or Entebbe which will mark the end of the safari.
